First time

1. Join. Open the invitation email and set your password. Your school's Overview is your home screen.
2. Add your people. People → invite your business office, activities director, coaches (view only) and others. Any number of people can hold the same role.
3. Check your setup. Activities (the sports and events you take part in) and Venues (gyms, fields, parking and entrance notes officials see).

Every week

This week

Overview shows each home game and whether officials are set.

Game Day Ready

If your school uses it: staff, medical coverage and checklists for each event, and a one-page game-day sheet to print.

Home nights

Back-to-back games at one venue (C, JV, varsity) become one home night: fill the clock, book and gate once for every game, or untick "Same person for all games" to split a role.

Rate officials

After a game, rate the crew. Only the assigner sees ratings.

Do-not-assign list

Private to your school and the assigner; it warns, it doesn't block.

Weather

Tell your assigner, who can delay or postpone the game; officials and your business office are told.
