First time

1. Join. Open the invitation email from your assigner and set your password. Already have an account? The invitation waits on your home screen.
2. Set your town. Profile → town. Assigners see your town to judge travel, never your address. Add your home address only if you want mileage worked out; only you see it.
3. Get notices. Profile → Confirm your phone for texts, and Notifications on this device for phone alerts. Set quiet hours if you like.

Every week

Answer offers

New games show under Needs your answer on Schedule. Tap Accept or Decline before the respond-by time. If you get texts, you can reply to the text too.

Pick up games

Open shows games your assigners posted that you can work. Request one; your assigner confirms.

Block dates

Availability → add dates you can't work, set game limits, or link your work calendar so busy times count automatically.

Game day

Your next game is at the top of Schedule with directions. Tap I'm here when you arrive, or Running late with a time.

Can't make it

Open the game and tap Find a sub or swap to ask another official to cover or trade; your assigner approves. Subs & swaps shows where each request stands.

Pay

Pay shows what each school owes you and what's been paid, with miles driven. Download a year-end summary for your taxes.
