Four Line Activities quick guide
For business offices
Know who to pay, how much, and what's been paid.
First time
- Join. Open the invitation email and set your password. Two-step sign-in is recommended for pay and addresses.
- Find your roster. Payment roster lists every official placed on your school's games, with the amount and mailing address.
Every week
- Before the game
- Names appear as soon as officials accept, so checks can be ready at the game.
- Mark progress
- Set each line to Check prepared, then Paid with the date. Officials see their status.
- Changes
- A changed official, fee, cancellation or no-show updates the roster right away.
- Export
- Download the roster as a spreadsheet for your accounting system.
- Year end
- Year-end totals shows what each official was paid for 1099s.
Tip: Four Line Activities never moves money. You pay officials the way you already do.
